Neesava
The Neesava can easily be mixed up with the Pho'pheans as both species are blue and have four arms. This is where the common traits end, though.

Neesavas are very aesthetic to behold, their movements are fluent and they excel at juggling, four-weapon fighting and climbing.

Neesava are rare and no homeworld could yet be determined.

Special Abilities:
Ambidextrous: Neesava are ambidextrous from birth, using their upper right and lower left hands with equal skill.
Infrared vision/luminescent eyes: Neesava eyes still see up to 20 metres in absolute darkness. This ability only works if the Neesava was able to collect light with its eyes before. 1 hour of exposure to sunlight will last about four hours in complete darkness.
Toxic secretions: Neesavan females have fertility cycles during which they are non-toxic. They exude a strong neurotoxin with their secretions. The toxin does 3D damage for each round of exposure, though merely spitting is not enough. Neesavas are fertile for seven days every 28 days.

Special Skills:
Quadrodexterity: Neesavan characters can choose to become Quadrodextrous. The Neesava can make four action per round without penalty. This ability costs 20 CPs and demands long training times.

Story Factors:
Rare: There is only a slim chance, that a medical station is prepared for Neesavan patients. Roll 3d6. If the result is less than 16, the medic will give you a puzzled look.

Appearance and Biology:
Neesava have wedge-shaped heads, slightly bent toward the back. This single horn is graying towards the tip and slit with gill-like cavities. These slits serve as pheromone dispensers. Neesavan pheromones remind many species of flowers, expensive soap or perfume. Neesava eyes are angular and almond shaped. They are bright red in color and luminescent when looking into the infrared spectrum. The species is extremely slender and of very light build. Their skeletons are made up mostly of cartilage, bones only protect the spine, the skull and reinforce the ribcage. They have very high cheebones and very angular features.


Gamemaster Notes:
I created the Neesava as a dead-end for an adventure, where the characters chased a Chiss. The adventure played years before Admiral Thrawn, so nobody really knew who the Chiss where. On one smuggler depot, they finally found a bartender, who could remember "a young pilot with red eyes and blue skin".

The dead-end proved to be a valuable NPC in the end and apart of the pilot, I also created a bounty hunter, a senator and a bartender from this species.


Temperament:
The species seems to come from a matriarchic society. Neesavan males are always a bit careful and quiet around females and Neesavan females will always try to obtain the leadership in a group of males - Neesavan or not. This is not even something they do intentionally, just an instinct, that causes trouble from time to time.
