Nylar Wire Meshing Model: Nylar Wire Meshing Type: Armour Protection: This is a thin wire mesh(like a window screen) that absorbs small amounts of energy. The mesh is made from a silk-like plant from the Outter Rim Territories. The plant was found to absorb great amounts of energy. A terra-former decided to turn the plant into work gloves to deal with electrical work, and a new armour was born. A single layer adds +1 to any strength check vs. energy only. Up to three layers may be applied to a single object such as a person, or vehicle to a total of +1D. More than three layers will not work. The amount of energy absorbed by more than three layers melts the mesh completely on all layers dealing the wearer 4D burn damage. The mesh peals off a wax paper and sticks to an object. Since the mesh is so thin it can be applied to three layers of clothing without being noticed for an armour of Str +1D without negatives or noticability. WARNING! STICKY SIDE IS PERMANENT!
