| Anwyl Tronos had served as a sniper and special forces team leader in the Trianii Rangers, having joined the Rangers when she was just eighteen. It was felt by her superiors that she was destined for a very long, and perhaps quite storied, career as a Ranger. No one could have known the deep hatered Anwyl felt towards the Corporate Sector Alliance, or the fact that she would feel a great resentment to all galactic governments who might in some way be allied with the CSA.
For years Anwyl followed orders, taking on missions that usually allowed her to take care of CSA officals in the way she liked best, killing them. But shortly after she turned twenty-five she decided that an order to allow a high ranking CSA goverment offical who had sentenced ten Rangers to death to leave the Fibuli system alive was one order she simply couldn't obey. The Rangers might have been more willing to overlook such disobediance, and punish her with four months in the brig and demotion to the lowest possible Ranger rate, if not for the fact that the offical had been aboard an Imperial civilian courier ship. Anwyl had destroyed the ship and all aboard just to get the offical rather than board the ship. She declared that such action was needed to show those governments who allied themselves with the CSA that they had choosen to make themselves enemies of the Trianii. This action resulted in Anwyl being dishonorably discharged from the Rangers.
Left without a future, and with a feeling that all honor had been stripped from her, Anwyl found herself roaming the galaxy searching for a new purpose in life. She still took it upon herself to assasinate CSA officals whenever possible, now more as a means of extracting revenge for her dishonorable discharge. While on one of these personal missions about three months before the Battle of Yavin, Anwyl found herself being allied with Storm Force, who had been contracted to take out the official Anwyl herself had been after.
At first Storm One had not cared for the Trianii freelancer as he viewed her as competition for the man's life. Worse no one had hired her for the assignment, she had simply been gunning for the official. Her success would have meant that Storm Force would not have recieved payment for the assignment. But when he realized that there was no other way for his team to take out the man without loosing nearly every member, he asked Anwyl if she would be willing to temporarily join Storm Force in order to get job done. Her sniper skills so impressed Storm One that he offered her a permanent position on the team as Storm Force's sniper. Seeing a possibility to someday regain her lost honor, she took the position, becoming the last member of Storm Force. |
