This skill covers the operation of primitve hover vehicles, which are dependent upon generating a cushion of air for operation. These vehicles are generally unwieldly, but they are used on many primitive worlds and are sometimes used for specific military application. These vehicles are also used on planets with unusual gravitational fluctuations or other quirks which interfere with repulsorlift operation.
